Over the past 20 years, our consultants have worked with the most eclectic array of clients - mission, budget size, location, demographics and culture. The common thread for successful development among 100 of these clients is evaluating the client's position on the organization’s trajectory, and then organizing and prioritizing best business development practices for the organization. The work ranges from performing an institutional audit, conducting an agency retreat, a major gifts effort (if the agency is not in a capital campaign) installing a planned giving marketing program, performing planning studies that lead to capital campaigns (or not) and special events.
