Feedback needed for the Idaho Attorney General
The office of the Idaho Attorney General is working on legislation that the Idaho nonprofit sector should be aware of. Our policy committee is committed to ensuring that you are alerted of any potential legislation that may impact your organization as well as providing you with opportunities to provide feedback to not only the Idaho Nonprofit Center but also to the Attorney General.
This most recent legislation is similar in nature–yet completely reworked–of the ICAPSA legislation that we first shared with you during 2016-2017.
Please click here to read the latest version–the one from which the Attorney General’s office will be working from for the next several months. This is the most recent draft and titled “version 1.” Please take a moment to review. We invite you to share your questions and feedback with us through this form.
The Attorney General’s office would also invite direct feedback from you as well. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Brett DeLange, firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Idaho Nonprofit Center's Views
At this time we are sharing this legislation with you without a deeper analysis. However, as we dive into it and learn more, we will share with you our own review.
Again, the intent of this communication is to first and foremost inform you about the potential legislation, invite you to review it, and–most importantly–to share your feedback.
The mission of the Idaho Nonprofit Center is to educate, advocate, and collaborate in support of stronger nonprofits. Our ability to share this with you and collect your feedback, encourage you to engage, and working together is a fine example of fulfilling our mission, for you.
Thank you for your time and support!
