Kathy Wojcik – Bluheron Coaching & Consulting, LLC

Kathy Wojcik believes that your strongest differentiator is your people. There is hidden potential in all organizations and her role is to transform that potential into action and outcomes.  Daily activities either move your organization forward or hold it back.  Her company, Bluheron Coaching & Consulting, LLC works to improve organizational effectiveness by focusing on three things: people, process and performance.

This is a special year for Kathy, because she’s celebrating Bluheron’s 10-year anniversary. 

Currently, Kathy’s client list is composed of non-profits in education, international peace, women’s issues, land trusts and conservation, social advocacy, hunger and the prevention of domestic violence.

Before Bluheron, Kathy held leadership positions that included operations management, organizational development, leadership succession and training. As a certified leadership coach, organizational consultant, speaker and published author, Kathy loves tough, complex situations and partners with her clients to build customized solutions that are sustainable for the long term. Bluheron Coaching and Consulting helps organizations and their leaders grow to greatness!

Kristin Prieur – WhiteRock Consulting Group, Inc.

With 30 years in the field of fund development, Prieur has helped over a dozen organizations grow their support base. She began working in development at the University of Montana Western in1986 while earning her master’s degree there. Four years later, Prieur joined Washington State University, where she became the assistant dean for development and external relations for the College of Veterinary Medicine. In this capacity, she was part of WSU’s leadership team for its first ever capital campaign beginning in 1991. During the course of the campaign, WSU raised $275 million. She was responsible for bringing in several six and seven figure gifts during that time.

Prieur launched WhiteRock Consulting Group, Inc. in 2002 to expand her scope. WhiteRock Consulting Group provides personalized philanthropy consulting services to organizations throughout the Northwest U.S. Clients working with Prieur and her team have secured approximately $75 million in gifts and pledges since she began her consultancy. 

WhiteRock Consulting Group specializes in working with organizations to create a major gifts program or conduct a capital campaign. They have advised more than 200 clients with budding advancement programs. Prieur and her team assist with needs assessment, feasibility studies, strategic planning, marketing and communications, and board training. 

In her volunteer role, Kristin serves as the board treasurer for Circles of Caring Adult Day Service program.
