After many thoughtful discussions, both the Idaho Nonprofit Center (INC) and The Idaho Community Foundation (ICF) Boards of Directors have unanimously voted to proceed with a merger.

​This merger, which is now officially underway, represents an incredible opportunity to strengthen the support and services available to nonprofit organizations. ​Please rest assured that INC services and programs will not only continue—they will be enhanced through this merger.
 Here’s what you can expect as we move forward: 
  • Expanded support and resources: With the combined expertise and resources of ICF and INC, you’ll have access to an even broader range of services. Whether you rely on us for job board listings, professional development, or fundraising during Idaho Gives, these programs will continuously improve and grow to meet your needs. 

  • More training and capacity-building opportunities: You can anticipate expanded, affordable in-person and virtual trainings designed to support the unique challenges nonprofits face across Idaho. 

  • Expanded advocacy at local and national levels: With a larger team, we will enhance our advocacy efforts—meeting with elected officials, closely monitoring policy developments, and providing in-depth research reports to better support Idaho's nonprofit sector.

  • Stronger connections to philanthropy: The merger will strengthen ties between nonprofits and funders, ensuring that your organization has more opportunities to connect with donors who align with your mission and can help you achieve your goals.
