The Idaho Nonprofit Center represents the interests of our state’s 5,500 registered charitable nonprofit organizations and serves as a broker of information and a bridge between the nonprofit, for-profit and government sectors. We are an association of forward-looking nonprofit leaders who come together to share knowledge, solve problems, pursue common interests, and serve the public good.
To provide resources to build strong and accountable nonprofits and a platform to rally public involvement and gain support for the nonprofit sector.

Over the past 20 years, our consultants have worked with the most eclectic array of clients - mission, budget size, location, demographics and culture. The common thread for successful development among 100 of these clients is evaluating the client's position on the organization’s trajectory, and then organizing and prioritizing best business development practices for the organization. This formula, no matter the varying characteristics of an agency, optimizes ability to meet unique needs and challenges.

In June we surveyed both current and former members of the Idaho Nonprofit Center. The intention was to gain a better understanding of your needs as a member and how we, as the Idaho Nonprofit Center, can deliver the membership value you deserve and learn how we can best serve you as your state nonprofit association.
Over the next few months we will have more of these “you asked, we delivered” articles, which will highlight all the ways that we read your feedback and truly listened to what you said in that survey. We absolutely value your input and want to be sure that we support you in the ways you need us the most.
One particular section of the survey was used to guide our decisions about our Idaho Nonprofit Center Statewide Conference this year.

At Orchard Ridge, offering a place to call home is our privilege and our purpose. Whether it’s affordable independent housing, assisted living or memory care, seniors have been receiving our services in Coeur d’Alene for over 95 years. Sponsored by 19 local churches, residents who have exhausted their life-savings rely upon our charitable care mission.
