Idaho Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report

​Since 2010, the goal of the Idaho Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report has been to provide benchmark data on nonprofit wages and benefit packages to organizations operating in Idaho and to become a regular tool for managers to hire the best talent possible. 

The report does not recommend any particular level of pay and benefits but rather is intended to provide nonprofit organizations with a tool to assist them in designing their respective practices. Please use as a resource to decide what your organization is able to do within budget parameters.
How to Access the 2024 Full Report
​The full data is accessible via an interactive online dashboard and available free of charge to organizations who completed the survey in full. 

For those that did not, you can purchase the same dashboard. Once you have access, there are short instructional videos showing you how to use the dashboard.
