Q: What does your company do?
"Tree-fan Events is a woman-led boutique event planning and production agency that will come alongside you, offering event planning and production, technical consultation, strategic event design, production management, and live-streaming for live, virtual, and hybrid events. We are passionate about planning and producing event experiences that get people involved with true moments of interaction, engagement, and co-creation, while offering white-glove treatment pre and day-of-event, enabling you to reach your event’s goals with the use of creativity, production tools & technology."
Q: What is one highlight of the past year?
"One of the highlights of 2020 was supporting the 30th year celebration of ¡Salud! The Oregon Pinot Noir Auction, one of our top favorite fundraisers, a celebration that before COVID-19 would have taken the form of three different events over a two day span, raising money to support Tuality Healthcare Foundation's efforts to provide health care services to all winery workers and their families. "Also, supporting the Idaho Non-profit Center's 20th Anniversary Celebration was another highlight of last year.

Q: How can you/your company support the nonprofit sector?
"For the past seven years I have been involved with hundreds of non-profit organizations supporting their annual in-person fundraising galas by planning, managing and producing all technical details."
"During 2020 because of our technical and production expertise, we were able to swiftly pivot over 60 nonprofit in-person fundraising galas to a virtual format and raise of 2 mil in the process, which granted us the Quickest Pivot Award by the Untethered Awards, a body compiled of many National Event Professionals, see it here."
"In 2021 we continue to support many non-profit organizations pivot yet again, this time to a hybrid event format which we will continue to do in 2022 with the highest level of production value and attention to details."
"One of the main questions we get asked these days is: Is virtual/hybrid fundraising still possible? Check out this blog post in which we provide the answer as we've experienced it."
"We're also hosting and producing the "Events: demystified" Podcast which features many event professionals and experts in non-profit fundraising, event strategy, event planning, sustainability, DEI, as well as event technology and production in an effort to bring as many resources and knowledge to the nonprofit sector.
