Feedback needed for the Idaho Attorney GeneralThe office of the Idaho Attorney General is working on legislation that the Idaho nonprofit sector should be aware of. Our policy committee is committed to ensuring that you are alerted of any potential legislation that may impact your organization as well as providing you with opportunities to provide feedback to not only the Idaho Nonprofit Center but also to the Attorney General. This most recent legislation is similar in nature–yet completely reworked–of the ICAPSA legislation that we first shared with you during 2016-2017.
