Nonprofit Leaders of Color “The leaders are resourceful and proud of their accomplishments. They shared the strategies they use — not just to overcome barriers but to thrive. Many are cautiously optimistic that philanthropy’s widespread focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion could lead to real change in nonprofits and foundations.” - Chronicle of Philanthropy Thank You!Thank you to everyone that completed the fourth Annual Needs Assessment survey this year! We are analyzing your feedback and will announce the results in the coming months. Winners have been contacted and directions on how to claim their prizes have been included. Idaho Nonprofits are the Best! They recognize that communities most impacted by social and policy issues are uniquely positioned to lead the design of solutions to these challenges. However, not all community organizations and movement leaders have access to the regional, culturally proficient training they need to maximize their impact. With this information, CZI will identify skilled local trainers and capacity builders who can help organizations build their capacity to continue serving their communities. The results will help to inform CZI’s future programmatic strategies, support, and funding priorities in this space. Previous winners/honorees cannot be honored within three (3) years of their most recent Philanthropy Day recognition. Learn more about the selection process here. Celebrations will be held in November 2019
