Q: What are the biggest rewards and what do you enjoy most about the work you do? "Project FARE educates the eater about the who, what, where and how of the food that they consume." Q: Where do you see your nonprofit in 5 years? "Project FARE intends to be a diverse media nonprofit that tells stories through podcast, articles, photos and videos." Q: What are some of the biggest challenges you face day-to-day? "It's challenging building a nonprofit journalistic cooperative from the ground up." Q: What is one thing you wish your donors/general public knew about nonprofit work? "We are the little engine that could. We have such an amazing group of journalists, volunteers and board members that make this work feel truly special." Q: What have you benefited most from INC membership?
