 At Orchard Ridge, offering a place to call home is our privilege and our purpose. Whether it’s affordable independent housing, assisted living or memory care, seniors have been receiving our services in Coeur d’Alene for over 95 years. Sponsored by 19 local churches, residents who have exhausted their life-savings rely upon our charitable care mission. With over 50% of our Memory Care residents on Medicaid, our nonprofit helps to “fill the gap” between what Medicaid pays and the actual cost of their care so that those residents who need it most can live their final years receiving our quality, award-winning care. Very big and deep thought, forced me to think about what we are doing with us now. We can’t predict future but we can invent it. If we are searching life on mars, then why not we first try to preserve life on earth.
