![]() You asked, we delivered! In June we surveyed both current and former members of the Idaho Nonprofit Center. The intention was to gain a better understanding of your needs as a member and how we, as the Idaho Nonprofit Center, can deliver the membership value you deserve and learn how we can best serve you as your state nonprofit association. Over the next few months we will have more of these “you asked, we delivered” articles, which will highlight all the ways that we read your feedback and truly listened to what you said in that survey. We absolutely value your input and want to be sure that we support you in the ways you need us the most. One particular section of the survey was used to guide our decisions about our Idaho Nonprofit Center Statewide Conference this year. We asked you specifically what topics you need the Center to provide training on. The top five most requested topics are, in order:
We have partnered with Jon Bailey, ConnectShare, to create a session on collaboration, a topic you indicated a desire to learn more about. We even have a team of nonprofits who routinely collaborate on projects in their community to kick it off by sharing their story with you. Expect to learn how to connect, and to be connected to like-minded individuals, organizations and your own local community. We hope to inspire you to continue to work together after the conference. Day 2 has breakout sessions that specifically cover each of the most requested topics, three sessions on each! In addition to this line up of topics and sessions based on your feedback, we also have two engaging and exciting keynote speakers who will energize, inspire and inform. I look forward to seeing you at the 13th Annual Idaho Nonprofit Center Statewide Conference on September 22-23. Register by August 31st for early bird discounts and ensure you won’t miss out on this event, thoughtfully designed just for our members. We appreciate you! Amy Little, Executive Director
