What is the State of the Nonprofit Sector?

The Idaho Nonprofit Center invites all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to participate in the 2019 State of the Nonprofit Sector Survey. 

We invite ALL Idaho 501(c)(3) nonprofit chief executive officers/executive directors to participate in this survey – our goal is to have the leader of the nonprofit take this survey, as well as to have them share the link with their peers at other nonprofits.

If you’re not a 501 (c)(3) organization CEO/ED or board chair/president at an all-volunteer-based 501(c)(3) organization, we would appreciate it if you could forward this message to the leaders of those organizations.

Why does this Matter?

​Your collective input is critical for all of us in the sector and will allow us to identify trends, issues, and challenges affecting Idaho’s nonprofit landscape. (The last State of the Sector Report was released in 2016.) The 2019 survey findings will be a valuable resource to inform the work and decision making of nonprofits, funders, policy makers, those who serve Idaho’s nonprofit sector, and others. The survey results will also help the Idaho Nonprofit Center shape our future programs and services.

Contact information will remain strictly confidential and survey responses will be anonymized. Survey findings will be consolidated into an Oregon State of the Nonprofit Sector Report.

The more nonprofits that participate, the richer the data and the more opportunity we will have to gain a robust understanding of the impacts on our collective work. The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete.
