Needed for Registration 

​All organizations will be asked to provide:

• Primary contact information
• Mailing address
• EIN number
• Idaho Nonprofit Center Member number (if applicable)
  • Already a member? Log to idahononprofits.org to access your member login and view your member number.
  • Not a member? Join here or call (208)-424-2229 if you'd like to join by phone.
• Banking information
• 990 document or postcard verification
• To check the size of your organization, refer to line 18 (total expenses) on you most recent form 990. You may subtract 13 (grants and similar amounts paid) from your total expenses. See example HERE.

Registration Price Breakdown

The fee to participate in Idaho Gives depends on the size of your organization and if you are a member of the Idaho Nonprofit Center. Please see pricing below:

Member Prices

• Small Organization - $50
• Medium Organization - $75
• Large Organization - $100

Not-Yet-Member Prices

• Small Organization - $100
• Medium Organization - $150
• Large Organization - $200

Based on Annual Operating Expense

• Small = up to $99,999 in annual operating expense.
• Medium = $100,000-$499,999 in annual operating expense.
• Large = $500,000 and up in annual operating expenses.

​To check the size of your organization, refer to line 18 (total expenses) on your most recent Form 990. You may subtract line 13 (grants and similar amounts paid) from your total expenses. See example HERE.

Guaranteed Success 

If an organization attends ALL seven scheduled training webinars (live or recorded) and ends Idaho Gives without a single donation, we will refund your registration fee.

Fee Structure Breakdown

ALL “Registration Fees” collected will be spent on promoting and advertising Idaho Gives in ALL regions and communities in Idaho.

• Paid Air Time
  • TV
  • Radio
• PR Contractor
  • Newspaper Op-Eds
  • Assist as media contact for Idaho Gives
• Paid Social Media Advertising
• Posters
• Stickers
• Flyers
• Banners

For each donation made, a “Technology and Processing Fee” will be taken out. Here is the breakdown:

• 2.2% + $.30 per credit card transaction
• 2% GiveGab fee, capped at $20 per transaction
• Total = 4.2% + $.30 per transaction
  • In 2017, the total fees were 6.7%. In 2016 the total fees were 8.9%

​Note: The Idaho Gives platform, GiveGab, makes it VERY easy for donors to cover these fees. Last year, more than 69% of donors covered these fees. Offline donations will still be available to be plugged in. These funds will be added to your organization’s total and the Idaho Gives total. It will NOT count towards the leaderboards or the Idaho Gives Award Pool prizes.
